Check whether WCF mappings are registered or not with IIS.

Open Command Prompt using Admin Mode

Navigate to "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.0\Windows Communication Foundation" at the Visual Studio command prompt

Execute "servicemodelreg -i" to install the mappings manually

Run "aspnet_regiis -iru" under C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0 and v4.0 folders
